I (Richard Campbell) recently (June 2024) made a trade and brought 63-100 home. Based on the logbooks that came with the car, I’m pretty sure Bob Fairbanks was the last person to take it out on the track (2016). Bob sold it to Werner Scheeren sometime between 2018 and 2020. Werner had some work done, with the intention of running it with the VSCCA. At some point Werner’s plans changed and he sold it to Richard Nelson. I don’t believe Richard (Nelson) intended to race it, but made some deals with a second race-prepped engine, then traded it to me for a Crosley-powered Hmod. Despite all the bouncing around the car appears to be in good shape, and I hope to take it out in a VSCCA Preservation group in the fall using #91, or as close to that as I can get.
Doesn't seem to have been raced much since NEW.
